At the 2017 Annual Convention Dinner Auction, Dr.'s Scott Fannin, Mike Scott and Mark Hunt present outgoing Executive Director Kathie Itter with a special award. After 43 years of service, Kathie is moving on to the wonderful life of retirement. She can never be replaced, but we will continue to provide excellent customer service to our members. Kathie, we will miss you and we wish you the best in your new adventure!
ESHB 1431, which increases the number of members of the Board of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery from seven to eleven, and establishes it as a Class 5 Group (the same as the Medial Quality Assurance Commission) was signed by Governor Jay Inslee on April 21, 2017.
