About the Presenter:
Allen Noll, CPA

Allen Noll is in the business of building systems to help companies tackle the challenges faced by today’s business owners and executives. Allen’s entrepreneurial spirit comes from his father and from working in and on privately owned businesses for over twenty years. Since his graduation from Villanova University in 1989, he’s been working in the third-party payroll processing industry.

While working at Noll and Company, Inc. and The Payroll Factory®, Allen earned his CPA. He wasn’t interested in being an accountant as much as he wanted the financial knowledge and clarity to further help his clients. He purchased The Payroll Factory® from his father in 2002 and has grown the business year after year servicing their clients’ needs.

Allen maintains membership in The American Payroll Association (APA), Independent Payroll Processors Association (IPPA), the Main Line Chamber of Commerce, and the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization (YEO). He is a member/presenter at national conferences and a chairperson/presenter at Northeast regional meetings of the National Association of Small Business Accountants. He has also been a member, Board Member, and a presenter at national meetings of the Advanced Accountants Marketing Network. And when the American Payroll Processors Association was in its heyday, he served as vice president and a frequent presenter.

Additionally, Allen is asked to contribute his expertise at seminars offered by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the Main Line Association of Continuing Education (MACE). He has also attended national IRS meetings on improving the Electronic Funds Transfer Payment Systems.

Allen is married and has three daughters. His EOL/The Payroll Factory® team brought home the Great Valley Corporate Center Softball League Championship the last two years. When not with his family or playing ball, he spends as much time as he can fishing and hunting.
