The AAA-CPA has reserved a SMALL block of hotel rooms the evening prior to sailing. It is suggested that members traveling from the midwest and west coast arrive the night before to make sure there are no issues the day of departure, as the cruise will not wait for latecomers. We suggest making reservations as soon as possible. Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to arrival.

The AAA-CPA has negotiated a rate of $119 for suites, guaranteed only until June 3, 2011. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly. For those who wish to spend additional time at the hotel, our discounted rate will be honored 1 day pre- and post-meeting based on availability. The above rate includes AAA-CPA Pre-Cruise Reception on Friday evening and full service hot breakfast on Saturday morning.

Registration for the conference will open at the hotel at 3:00 PM, Friday, June 24. We welcome you to join us for the AAA-CPA Pre-Cruise Reception whether or not you are staying at the hotel.
