General registration includes the Pre-Conference Corporate Forum, main podium presentations, live surgery broadcasts, and a ticket to the dinner honoring Dr. Carol Phillips.* You do not need to register for these events separately.
Additional Pre-Conference Workshops will take place on Thursday, April 19th. The fee for each is $180, and you may select one of these optional workshops during the registration process.
