CANCELLATION POLICY:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by September 20, 2013 for a 100%* refund; between September 21 and September 27, 2013 for a 50%* refund. Due to advance commitments to the hotel, no refunds will be made after September 27, 2013.
*All cancellations will be subject to a $50 administrative fee, regardless of when requested or the reason.
