This course will first present a didactic background for current surgical techniques utilized in maxillary sinus elevation. It will concentrate on lateral window techniques using rotary instrumentation, piezoelectric surgery, and the DASK technique. This will be followed by a hands-on program that will give participants the opportunity to work with several piezoelectric devices and DASK instrumentation for the lateral window and transcrestal techniques.
