AED’s 20 Group is a group of dealer principals who meet twice a year to share best practices and network with each other. The aim of the group is on improving dealerships through operational excellence and a focus on profitability. 20 Group members upload their financial information to an online portal and are able to benchmark their dealerships against each other and AED members at large, including “high-profit” dealers. The format and content of each meeting is member-driven and can vary, but most feature a dealership site visit and a guest speaker/focus topic of the group’s choosing.
