How and why are those great ones committed? They are driven by a deeper and foundational clarity of their purpose and who they are serving. In this first in an evolving series around the HRO journey, you’ll hear first-hand from the patient’s experience and hear from healthcare leaders on the challenges to systematically do better in a profession where almost everyone thinks they are already trying their best. What makes delivering safe and reliable care so difficult?  What can we learn from those in the trenches to get better?
