Register as an author for the 2023 Author's Book Talk Event
1. Login to ASALH online.
2. If your membership is current, go to the Registration page for the Author's event.
3. If you are not a current member, join or renew your membership first. Non-members must join in order to register for this event. Membership and registration are non-refundable.
4. Then register for the author's event. (Authors must register to participate, the event is free and open to the public)
5. Use this link to upload a jpeg of the cover of your book so that it can be added to the Member's Bookshelf and used in promoting your talk https://asalh.org/submit-to-the-members-bookshelf/
6. All Author Book Talks will be pre-recorded on Zoom during a pre-determined date and time. Each Author will be allowed 15 minutes each for their individual book presentations. All book talks will be uploaded to our YouTube channel (ASALH TV) during the Black History Month Festival.
7. Please plan to attend the Author's Book Talk Event that will be airing on our YouTube channel (ASALH TV) to interact with our viewers during the airing day and time of your book talk session.
8. All Author Book Talks will air on ASALH TV from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. (EST) on one of the following days listed below.

9. Please note: The DEADLINE to register for the Author's Book Talk Event will be January 13, 2023 as space permits.
