Individual Registration for General, Senior and Student:
ONLY includes entry to panel and plenary sessions. All Tours and Meal options can be purchased in A la carte Events Only registration.
How to Order Session Tickets for Non-Registered Guests:
If you are purchasing Tours, Luncheons, Receptions, Banquet, and/or Breakfast event tickets for guests not registered for the conference you must select your choices for these guests on the individual sessions guest page during the registration process. If you need to order tickets for a session for non-registered guests and you've already registered for the conference, follow the same instructions.

James Weldon Johnson Branch Riverboat Cruise Registration:
Our Jacksonville ASALH Branch is hosting a Riverboat Cruise & Party open to Conference Attendees! This is a separately managed activity, so please click here to register for the Cruise.
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by ASALH No later than August 20, 2013 to receive a registration refund. Cancellations will not be accepted via telephone. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received by ASALH after 5:00 pm on August 20, 2013.
To ensure proper processing, cancellations must be mailed to email@example.com with the subject line "Registration Cancellation" or faxed to 202.986.1506. For eligible cancellation requests, ASALH will issue refund checks within 90 days following the close of the conference. Refund checks will be issued for the registration amount minus a twenty-five percent (25%) processing fee.
