- “Payment innovation initiatives” (ranging from rewards for value over volume to primary care/specialty care bundled payments.
- Private sector support of the plan (Aetna, UnitedHealthcare and Medical Mutual are all supporting the plan, meaning over 85% of the private market will be involved.)
