About

We’re moving the Annual Seminar downtown! ECHO is thrilled to host its 41st Annual Seminar and Trade Show, ECHO San Jose, at the San Jose Convention center. The Convention Center boasts even easier access to educational sessions, food, and public transportation. We are packing our program with essential information for board members including legal, financial, and maintenance guidance from some of the top experts in the HOA field.

Parking

The convention center charges $20 for parking. However, parking is available for $7 in the Almaden/Woz Lot across the street, located at 401 Almaden Blvd. Public transportation is also convenient and plentiful. View San Jose's public transportation options.

Lodging

ECHO San Jose is immediately connected to the San Jose Hilton. A special rate of $99 per night (single or double) is available to conference attendees through August 9th. Book online, or call the Hilton at (408)287-2100.
