Workplace Preparedness Presentation Major disasters can strike without warning and make a significant impact on your day-to-day life. At this session you will learn about disasters that threaten our community as well as response skills to successfully address these challenges at home, in the workplace and wherever else you may be when disaster happens. We will examine case studies of real world catastrophes and the resulting human behaviors that may have influenced becoming a victim or a survivor. What does it take to make you a survivor? Come learn about types of plans and the steps to take to better ensure you, your loved ones and fellow workers will survive the next interruption.
Presenter Kelly Kasper is the Principle Consultant with HT2 Consulting Services. Kelly works with businesses to assist in their efforts to prevent, prepare, respond and recover from disasters. She has over 20 years of training development, delivery and consultation in workplace health and safety prevention strategies.

Check-in and boxed lunch at 11:30 AM followed by announcements and presentation. The meeting adjourns at approximately 1:00 PM.
