Join the Rocky Mountain region of PEAK Grantmaking to share our collective expertise via a problem consultantcy model. Are there problems you/your organization is grappling with that you would find value in getting ideas from your colleagues? What dilemmas are you experiencing that could benefit a discussion with other grantmakers?
We’ll share ideas and resources, successes and challenges, to help build upon our work. During our session, we’ll have time to discuss three distinct ‘problems’. If you are proposing a topic, you’ll have 5-10 minutes to describe the problem to your colleagues, then we’ll spend 15 minutes asking questions and providing input.
If you are interested in sharing a topic for input, please email Kelly Costello at kcostello@buellfoundation.org with the following by November 30: Problem Statement: Please provide a clear description of the issue that needs to be addressed, including the vision and issue statement. Example: We want to have a streamlined grantmaking process that takes less than 2 months from start to finish (vision). Today we have too many starts and stops in our intake and review process and need to eliminate bottlenecks to speed up our response time (issue statement).
