By filling out this form, you are applying to register for the Foundations course of IAIA's Professional Development Program. To take a PDP course, you need to have access to a desktop or laptop computer, an email address, and access to web-based video conferencing (e.g., Skype) and YouTube.

You will receive an automated confirmation message and receipt once you submit your application with payment. Your application will be reviewed by IAIA. If there is a concern with your application, IAIA will reach out to you and refund your payment, if needed.

Days prior to the start of the course, IAIA will provide you with your username (your email address) and password to enter the course and the name and contact information of your trainer. You may then begin the course on its start date.
