Event Description

This course is designed primarily for School Superintendents and Principals.  The school district or the school can't grow until its leaders grow.  In this course, Superintendents and Principals will be trained to identify promising and potential leaders, learn ways to nurture and encourage them, and then equip the leaders for the leadership task.  This workshop will also guide participants in learning how to foster a productive team spirit, how to make difficult decisions, and how to handle confrontation.

CPE Credit: 7 pts.
Designation Points: 6 pts.

Schedule
Registration & Refreshments: 8:00am - 8:30am
Program: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Lunch: 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Please be aware that you will be asked to sign in and out to track seminar attendance. This change is due to increasing state certification requirements.
