Mid-Year Budget Review

This third in a series of ISDLAF+ User Group Seminars is designed to assist superintendents and school business officials in understanding basic principles of school finance and business operations. Topics for the seminar will include:

  • Mid-year budget review - A case study approach
  • Understanding data and trends
  • Salary and contracts issues, including resulting financial implications
  • Developing and implementing a solid plan for investments, including procedures to "stress test" your cash flow
