Leadership Identity (MBTI®)

How do your preferences and personality type impact your leadership? Utilizing the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) assessment, the Leadership Identity workshop will dig deep into how your type preferences impact your ability to manage others, resolve conflict, deal with change and more.

Registration & Refreshments: 8:00am - 8:30am
Program: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Lunch: 11:45am - 12:30pm

Are you a graduate of the Leadership Institute? If you attend the Leadership Identity (MBTI®) this spring as well as the Leadership Expressions (FIRO-B®) seminar in the fall, you will have the opportunity to take part in a Capstone Integration experience in December to integrate all of your leadership trainings together! 

Due to changes in the Illinois State Board of Education professional development requirements, please be advised that you will be required to sign in to all professional development opportunities, in which credits are offered. Each attendee will also be required to fill out an evaluation summary in order to receive credit.
