Event Description

Participants in this course will explore how Lincoln’s leadership practices and behaviors provide compelling guidance for today’s challenges of accountability, diversity, political conflict, team building, climate and economic hardship. Ten leadership qualities linked to leading others and school success will be highlighted. Participants will leave the session with a repertoire of strategies and insights that they can apply immediately in their own workplace contexts.

We will cover chapters seven through ten of the book, Learning From Lincoln.

Program: 7:30am - 3:30am
Lunch: 12:15pm - 1:00pm

PD Clock Hours: 6.5
Designation Points: 6.5

This seminar is held in conjunction with the 2016 IASB/IASA/Illinois ASBO 84th Joint Annual Conference.
