Event Description

This course is designed for school business managers and superintendents.  Participants will learn and understand property evaluation in insurance coverages and audits, American Institute of Architects (AIA) construction contracts, inspection of indoor and outdoor facilities for security and safety, building use policies, workmans comp, fraud preventions, and building security practices.

CPE Credit: 7 pts.
Designation Points: 6 pts.

This seminar satisfies an ELECTIVE for both the Facilities Management Designation Program and the Support Staff Designation Program.
Registration & Refreshments: 8:00am - 8:30am
Program: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Lunch: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
