Event Description

This course is about building great organizations through lasting leadership.  Great organizations are built by the development of leaders who are amibitious first and foremost for the cause and the organization.  Participants will learn about the cultivation of successors as they develop their potential leadership skills.  The process of developing potential leaders includes character (being and becoming a moral example), Choices (thinking clearly and making wise decisions), Conduct (doing the right things consistently well), and Consequences (receiving the results of seeds we sow).

CPE Credit: 7 pts.
Designation Points: 6 pts.

Schedule
Registration & Refreshments: 8:00am - 8:30am
Program: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Lunch: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
