Event Description

Using research from the Center for Creative Leadership and their book "Becoming a Conflict Competent Leader", learn how to respond to conflict with confidence. Lead your district through differences and disagreements by learning how to handle conflict more successfully. Conflict is inherent in the work you do, join successful leaders who embrace conflict and benefit with new ideas, better problem solving and improved outcomes.

CPE Credits: 3 pts.
Designation Points: 3 pts.

This seminar satisfies a ELECTIVE for the Educational Facilities Management Designation Program and the Support Staff Designation Programs.
