Event Description

Payroll makes up the largest portion of a district's operating budget and impacts every one of your employees' lives. Errors can be damaging to the district's credibility with staff and can have a negative impact on employee morale. Join with your colleagues through activity-based learning how best to avoid and address payroll errors, to correct errors if they happen, to report changes to pension systems and the IRS, and to take-away some helpful tools that can help reduce the complexities of processing payroll.

Registration: 8:30am - 9:00am
Program: 9:00am - 12:00pm

PD Credits: 3 hrs.
Designation Points: 3 pts.

Due to changes in the Illinois State Board of Education professional development requirements, please be advised that you will be required to sign in and sign out of all professional development opportunities, in which credits are offered. Each attendee will also be required to fill out an evaluation summary in order to receive credit.
