Join experienced land use and local government law practitioner David Warner in this webinar as he explores property rights, regulation of private property, planning, zoning, subdivisions, and other modern legal issues in land use law. For those new to land use law, this is a primer on the up-to-date basics you need to know to spot issues and to determine the appropriate course of action. David Warner serves as Principal Counsel with the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission in Upper Marlboro, Maryland specializing in land use and local government law. His past experience includes service as a city attorney for municipalities in California and Illinois, counsel to private development companies, and positions with the National Archives and Records Administration and State of Wisconsin. His work focuses on a broad range of zoning, subdivisions, and planning issues involving complex development projects, administrative procedures, and litigation. He serves on IMLA’s Executive Committee.
