This webinar is the second in the NAHC Medicaid educational series. Building on the April introduction to Medicaid webinar, this session will provide an in-depth look at Medicaid long-term services and supports (LTSS), including:

1. The statutory and regulatory parameters that govern Medicaid LTSS;
2. History, trends, and current status of LTSS delivery models;
3. The different options and flexibilities available to implement home and community-based services (HCBS); and
4. Current hot topic issues in Medicaid HCBS, home care, and hospice.
