Mid Careerist Empowerment Forum
Session/Program Overview:
The Mid-Careerist Empowerment Forum is designed for the established professional who has achieved relative years of success in healthcare leadership but is looking to transition to the next level or transform their career. The session will provide insight and advice on how to accelerate the process and will include speakers who are senior leaders in the industry. An executive leader from NAHSE will lead participants through developing a personal career plan. This forum will encourage networking during the conference and provide an opportunity for one mid-careerist to receive a one year mentoring pairing with one of our top senior executives. Registration is required and space is limited.
Session/Program Objectives:
- To help NAHSE mid-career members with their advancement to senior level positions by providing them insight and useful information to develop and/or execute their professional development plans.
- To help NAHSE members, who feel they are professionally stagnate, transform their careers by providing them one on one interaction with senior executives in the industry.
- To provide a networking forum for NAHSE mid-career members.
Note: Registration for this event is only open to individuals who are registered for the 2015 Educational Conference, have a minimum of five years of professional experience, completed a master’s degree program, and / or completed a residency or fellowship program.
