Housing Sign Up Policies:
The George Washington University will offer to NASPA Region II Conference attendees, the ability to reserve on-campus housing accommodations for those seeking a more cost effective option.
Housing accommodations are in a shared occupancy unit (2-4 occupants) for a three night stay (arriving after 3pm, on Saturday, June 6th with a departure by 11am, Tuesday, June 9th) for the total cost of $159.00. Accommodations include an air-conditioned unit, private bath in unit, with linens provided (sheets, pillow, blanket, and towels). Modifications and adjustments to this accommodations package unfortunately are not available, nor is the rate adjusted for late arrivals and/or early departures.
The Region II Conference Committee will work on matching you to a roommate. Guests do not get to select the room size which vary between a double, triple or quad. Rooms will be assigned based on availability and roommate preferences.
If you have someone that you would like to room with, please provide their name in your registration in the demographic questions. Make sure to have the person you want to room with request you as well.

If you are paying by credit card, simply follow the steps provided in the registration system. Please note the billing address on the credit card must match the address listed on your profile at the time of check out.

Changes in payment method or credit card after initial payment is processed are NOT permitted, no exceptions. Please be sure that you are using the appropriate credit card for this transaction.
The cancellation deadline is May 8, 2015. All requests for cancellations must be in writing and sent to Jodi Bailey at firstname.lastname@example.org. No cancellations will be provided after this date.
