*A full refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be processed for all cancelations received by Feb 28.
 

**Late and On-Site registrations will incur a $50 administrative fee.

 

 


 

 

Registration:


  • When registering, please be sure to indicate which sessions, workshops, meals and events you will attend.
     
  • Group Discount: If 3 or more attendees register from the same organization, a 10% discount on the total registration fee will be given. All attendees must work for the same organization. To obtain this discount, the registration fee must be paid by company check or credit card and received via mail or fax, not permitted online. Please contact the Chapter Office at (804) 204-1339 for this discount. No additional discounts apply.
     
  • Please indicate any special needs in the space provided during registration.
     
  • Additional purchase options, such as the pre-loaded USB flash drive with speaker handouts, or the optional Lunch & Learn on Friday, are available within the registration process before check out.

  • ​​Note: Your Purchase Confirmation email serves as the invoice. You will not receive a separate bill. Payment must be made in full, by February 28, 2017 or your registration will be canceled. You may also call (804) 204-1339 to pay by phone using a credit or debit card.

     



Cancelation and Refund Policy

  • Cancelations postmarked after February 28, 2017 will not receive a refund
