The Monterey Conference Center will serve as our main conference venue. Set on the spectacular central California coast, the Monterey Conference Center offers breathtaking and intimate settings for any event, from conferences and tradeshows to meetings and special occasions.

HOTEL INFORMATION

NCPH has reserved room blocks at three hotels near the Monterey Conference Center:

Hotel Pacific   The NCPH room rate is $149/night.  Reservations must be made by February 19. 2014.  Wireless internet access is complimentary and parking is available for $20.00 per night with in/out privileges.  To reserve a room, call 800-554-5542 and ask for the NCPH room block.

Hotel Abrego   The room rate is $139/night.  Reservations must be made by February 18, 2014.  High speed internet and parking for all guests provided at no charge. To reserve a room, call 800-982-1986 or email and ask for the NATIONAL COUNCIL ON PUBLIC HISTORY group rate.  The hotel requires that a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged to the individual guest’s credit card at the time of booking the reservation.  The charge will be applied to the individual guest folio.

Casa Munras   The room rates start at $150/night for a queen, $160/night for two double beds or a king, and $179/night for two double beds or a king with a fireplace.  Reservations must be made by Friday, February 21, 2014.  Complimentary parking and complimentary wireless internet in guestrooms. A shuttle will run between the hotels and the Monterey Conference Center.
