· A credit card is required for each room you reserve. (Your credit or debit card WILL NOT be charged for your reservations, it is used to guarantee your rooms)

· All rates are good for three (3) days prior and three (3) days following the meeting (based on hotel availability and hotel rack rate at the time of booking)

· Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, totaling 17.741%.

· Students/Apprentices ONLY, please contact the National Office to make room reservations.

· Suites are very limited and available on a first come first serve basis. Please contact the national headquarters for suite reservations at 770-969-0064!

· Reduced Self Parking is $7.00 per day

· Reduced Internet Rates is $5.00 per room per day.

The deadline to make your hotel reservation is Friday, July 3, 2015. THERE WILL BE NO RESERVATION  EXTENSIONS. THIS IS THE LAST DAY TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM!

This is a smoke-free facility! There is NO SMOKING at any time on the hotel premises!

Hotel Cancellation and Refund Policy :

In order to receive a full refund of your room deposit, cancellations MUST be made directly through the hotel within 48 hours (2 days) in advance of your scheduled day of arrival. If you are planning to cancel your room for any reason, as a courtesy, please contact the national office FIRST in case there is a waiting list for rooms.
