How do I know when my license expires?

Click: “Verification of License” on left side menu

Click: “License Verification” link

Enter Search Criteria: ex: County, Name, license number etc.

All inspectors and installers names will be listed along with expiration dates!

Please be advised that you must keep track of your license/certification expiration date. If you do not renew your license before your expiration date, you will be placed on lapsed status. You will not be allowed to install/inspect manufactured homes until your license/certification is active and in good standing. In addition, you will be accessed a late fee if you have not provided all of the required paperwork and continuing education requirements before your expiration date.
