OPA has customized the registration process to meet your convention needs.

Every individual MUST have a separate registration.  Non-members are invited to create a guest login for their registration.

Registration includes options to:

1. Attend the entire convention
2. Attend for one or more days
3. Attend social events only

Attendees must pay the full registration fee in order to participate in the plein air painting and competition.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR CONVENTION

• To register, complete the registration form and mail it in to OPA with a check or with your credit card information. Or, register online at www.oilpaintersofamerica.com. Only one person may register per form. (Students must register by mail or on-site and present a valid student ID.)
• Registration IS required to participate in the plein air painting and competition, welcome reception, critiques, educational programs, and American Art Collector’s “Seaside Celebration.”
• Registration is NOT required to attend the Sneak Peek Exhibitors Preview on Thursday evening, April 30. Free and open to the public.
• Registration is NOT required to attend the 24th National Exhibition Opening Reception & Awards & Recognition Ceremony on Friday evening at Cutter & Cutter’s “Brilliance in Color Gallery”. Free and open to the public.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION NOTES

• Registration Deadline by MAIL is Monday, April 13, 2015 OR online by Friday, April 17, 2015
• Online registration is available at www.oilpaintersofamerica.com. Click on the National Exhibition & Convention Registration link found on the OPA home page.
• Onsite Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29. Registration hours are listed on the Tentative Convention Schedule. OPA members must have paid their 2015 member dues to receive member rates.
• Cancellation/Refunds: An 80% refund of meeting registration fees is allowed if a written request is sent to OPA headquarters 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of the meeting. Requests for refunds must be postmarked no later than April 15, 2015. No refunds are made after this date. NO refunds will be issued on-site or for failure to attend. OPA assesses a $25 administrative charge for all returned checks.
• Confirmation: OPA will email your confirmation within 10-14 days of receipt of your registration. If you require a mailed confirmation, please make the appropriate indication on your registration. Your confirmation will serve as your receipt.
• Students: Students must register via mail or on-site. Please submit a photocopy of a valid student ID from an accredited, degree granting college or university.
• Special Requests: If you have any special requirements under the ADA, please e-mail your request to Rosemary Murray at mail@oilpaintersofamerica.com. Special needs must be received at OPA® Headquarters 30 days before opening day of convention to assure reasonable accommodation.
