Five Rivers MetroParks, in cooperation with the City of Kettering, is hosting a hands-on training session on laying split limestone with mortar around block columns. Five Rivers has hired a professional mason to teach participants proper techniques such as determining size, splitting, mortaring and laying limestone block.  The two-day project offers hands-on experience and includes lunch. Attend one or both days.

Cost is $20 per day.
