Intro to OER and Creative Commons

July 27, 2023

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

About this Webinar

This session will define “open” and what it means to be an open educational resource. We’ll demystify Creative Commons (and have fun doing it!) Participants will come away with an understanding of how to find and reuse OER, how to give attribution to open creators, and how (and why!) they can get started sharing their own work openly.

Presented by: Lindsay O'Neill

Lindsay consults with and trains faculty and librarians on effective pedagogy, instructional design, educational technology, elearning development, open licensing, and accessibility. She holds a   Master of Education, specializing in Instructional Design, as well as a Master of Library and Information Science.
