The challenge many managers find is creating a balance between managing and leading, as the skills to do both effectively are distinctly different.
In this interactive and informative webinar, our focus will be on helping you understand the differences between the two skills and when to use them. As a result, finding the balance between managing and leading becomes significantly easier.
