Event Description

Dealing With the Behaviors of Toxic People in Your Library
02/06/2019
2:00 - 3:00 pm

Toxic people can seem to defy logic and understanding. Some are oblivious of the negative impact that they have on those around them, and others seem to derive satisfaction from creating chaos and pushing other people’s buttons. Either way, dealing with toxic people can be very stressful.

To deal with toxic people successfully, you need a set of approaches that enables you to control what you can and eliminate what you can’t. The important thing to remember is that you are in control of far more than you realize.

Join LibraryWorks for this interactive and informative program and learn ways to more successfully deal with the toxic people at your library and in your life.

You’ll be glad that you did!
