Working closely with multinational companies, museums, exam boards and government bodies, Edge Gain has developed pioneering courses, which successfully blend virtual learning, industry expertise and outstanding teaching. Greg was deputy head at a Pupil Referral Unit for challenging young people where student engagement is critical. Supporting Librarians to develop a technology program using Adobe tools/applications and
Train the Trainer workflow. How to teach to adults and teens. Edge Gain will create and deliver
three live sessions direct to SEFLIN member librarians. Sessions include pedagogy and
andragogy framework, goals, objectives, motivations, adult learning theory, best practices in
technology training and designing learning pathways.
SEFLINConnect will be used to increase participant interactions, collaborations, and to receive
instructor and peer feedback throughout the process. A SPARK Page reflective “Learning
Journal” will be created by participants.
Will include three one-month assignments including:
1. Video tutorials 101. Key skills with screen recording across multiple devices, laptops,
desktops, mobile devices and ipads. Rush & Premiere Pro
2. Marketing and advertising with Adobe Spark and Adobe Photoshop
3. Creating a training plan
