We’ve all heard it for years: “The only thing that’s constant is change.” And while true, that statement isn’t all that helpful in teaching us how to respond to change, is it?

 

In this webinar, we’ll look at why change is so necessary in today’s world and why we all tend to deny, ignore, or resist it (especially when it’s a change we don’t think is necessary!). Then we’ll delve into specific ways we can begin to accept and – dare I say? – embrace change. We’ll also discuss how to deal with the stress that sometimes comes when the changes are overwhelming – and let’s be honest, they can be overwhelming!
