Sigma White Belt Training

The
Chicago SOCAP Chapter is proud to offer our Chapter Members the opportunity to
participate in the HIGHEST rated program of the SOCAP 2013 Annual
Conference
held in Scottsdale, Arizona.
This
session will teach you how to leverage Six Sigma to improve your operations and
ultimately the consumer experience with your brand. You will learn the
principles of Six Sigma and receive hands on experience from a Juran Institute
Certified Black Belt, Mark Strassburg, Director of Quality at Alta
Resources. Mark has had oversight for
60+ Green Belt Projects focused on process improvement and efficiency gains in the
modern contact center. Upon completion
of the workshop, you will earn your White Belt.

You can
now sign-up for the one-day Six Sigma White Belt Training Workshop on Thursday, July 24, 2014. The cost is $195, and does include lunch.
