On Friday, May 2nd the SOCAP Chicago Chapter invites you to the famous Skybox on Sheffield Clubhouse and Rooftop to gain more insights on how to execute Crisis Preparedness & Customer Experience Management. Immediately following the morning educational session, attendees are welcome to stay to watch the Chicago Cubs play the St. Louis Cardinals in the league’s most intense division rival. About Our Two Speakers
Lawrence E. Platt
Founder & President, RQA, Inc.
Mr. Platt is president of RQA, Inc., a global leader in strategic risk assessment, crisis management, training and consulting services. His experience includes more than forty years in the consumer products industry, including Foods, Health & Personal Care and OTC drugs. Mr. Platt received his Chemical Engineering Degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. He worked for Unilever plc for 18 years prior to founding RQA, Inc. in 1989 and currently owns and manages several related companies servicing CPG companies. RQA is an international quality assurance firm, providing retail quality evaluation, product recall and retrieval services as well as crisis management, manufacturing services and food safety audits.
Matt Cohen
Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Sales Programs
Matt Cohen has been helping Global 1000 companies leverage consumer feedback, including the vast universe of social media, for eight years. In his current role, Matt works with his clients to develop internal sales strategies, provide Customer Experience Management (CEM) maturity assessments, business value analysis, and business plan development. Matt is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a BA in Psychology, and a minor certificate in Criminal Justice.
