Conference Cancellation Policy:
Meeting registration cancellations must be made in writing directly to the
Nursing Organizations Alliance. Any cancellation received on or prior to
November 8, 2013, is subject to a $50 cancellation fee. The refund of the
remainder of registration fee will be made after the meeting. Beginning
November 9, 2013, no refund will be given. Replacements are always welcome.
Picture Release:
By attending the Alliance Fall Summit, you understand and agree your image
maybe captured and used by the Alliance for promotional purposes.
