Registration Instructions
  • The registration fee is $625.00, which will include all plenary sessions, workshops, meals, and breaks served at the event. Additional registrations from your organization can be entered at $599.00 each by selecting "Additional Attendee from Organization".
  • Your spouse, family, or other guest is welcome to attend any of the meals. Simply register them as a Spouse/Guest ($0) and select the meal tickets you would like to purchase for them. ($30-$67)
  • Please select the meals and workshops that you plan will attend, to give us an accurate count.
  • If you have any dietary restrictions or other special requests, please enter it in the "Special Instructions" of the registration page.
  • If you are a booth exhibitor, please select the appropriate registration (Exhibitor Booth: 1st person) . If you have not completed a booth application, please call Michelle at 662-269-2955.
