Storytelling: Finding Your Narrative Workshop

Event Description

We work in highly competitive and demanding work environments.  As we grow in our career and responsibility, our ability to communicate and connect with various audiences is crucial.  Telling your expert narrative is a key skill set that will set you apart and help your leadership qualities shine through.  This skill will help you with job interviews, promotions, speaking engagements, managing staff, branding your leadership expertise, and help you to better relate with clients, and coworkers.  This is an increasingly important skill for women and will help you overcome insecurities as you step into challenging settings. Telling your expert narrative is like having a shield to protect you and is a “go-to” place to build your confidence.

This introductory workshop will introduce you to the concept of telling your expert narrative, explain why it is so crucial and help you identify where you can use it. You will begin to craft your narrative during this workshop.
