Women have all taken different paths to get to where they are today, and their roots have been a key part in their professional development. Roots to Routes is a popular series that explores the journey from roots, where someone started in their career to their route along the way.
Join WGR and PLEN to learn about the variety of paths professionals can take from getting a candidate elected to helping them as an elected official in shaping policy. This interactive session with engage speakers about the pros and cons of pursing these paths, and how they think campaign and policy fields have changed for women. We will also hear from our panel about how their work could change with higher levels of female representation at every policy level.
