When it comes to Work/Life fit, one size does not fit all, everyone has unique work-life needs and aspirations.

Our panel of professionals and experts will share what has worked for them over different points in their careers and tips on how you can achieve better balance too including:

  • How to have a conversation with your boss and as a manager setting the example.
  • Should you think about going back to school? How can you balance school and a full time job?
  • How to continue to grow in your role and take on responsibility when you are thinking of getting married and having kids?
  • How to use the conversation to empower yourself for a wellbeing approach.

Payment, Replacement & Refund Policy
WGR event registration fees must be paid in advance. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute, however you are responsible for the difference in fees if the individual is a non-member. The deadline to receive a refund is three (3) business days prior to the event. The request must be received in writing, prior to the deadline.
