Learn what Congressional Staffers wish you’d stop doing and what you’d do more of.

Join us for a candid, off-the-record panel discussion about what annoys staffers about your communication tactics and what they wish you’d do more of. The panel will be led by Susie Gorden, Vice President with the Congressional Management Foundation (CMF).  For more than a decade, CMF has researched and studied communications between Members of Congress and their constituents. More messages are being sent to Congress but less actual communication is occurring now than a decade ago and the result is frustration from all involved.  Susie will share insights gained from CMF’s efforts to better understand the evolution of Hill communications and the best way to engage in open and meaningful exchanges.

But wait… that’s not all! – attendees will have the opportunity to hear directly from Hill staffers responsible for processing and prioritizing incoming communications and will expound on what will get your message straight into the waste basket!
