WGR’s State Relations Task Force and Energy, Environment and Agriculture Task Force will host a panel discussion on the 111(d) rule-making. 

Panelists will examine the hurdles states may face in complying with the rules as well as options that likely will be available for achieving compliance, including emissions trading, averaging and banking, renewable energy offsets, demand side management programs, and other strategies. The panel will also discuss how the rule implementation will likely affect industry sectors including some that may surprise you.
