Closing the Wage Gap: A Conversation with Reps Comstock and Dingell

Jun 26, 2018 03:00pm

Event Description

WGR was founded by a small group of women in the field of government relations who were not being treated equitably. In 2016, WGR conducted, with Bloomberg Government, a compensation survey of over 2,000 government relations professionals. No matter how the data was sliced, this survey found a wage gap between men and women.  Join former WGR Congressional honoree Representative Barbara Comstock and Representative Debbie Dingell, along with WGR President-elect Suzanne Swink and Emily Liner, Salesforce for a conversation moderated by Arielle Elliott, President of Bloomberg Government, where you will learn more about the tools available to inform your compensation, as well as potential policy proposals aimed at closing the wage gap.
