A NOTE TO CONFEREES
To keep registration fees and room rates affordable we request that you make your hotel reservations at our contracted hotel, the Hyatt Regency Savannah. The WHA is committed to a contractual obligation in order to bring the room rate below the normal rate. If you stay at a hotel other than the official hotel we may fall short of our housing obligations and will be financially responsible for any unfulfilled rooms.
