Current WHA members, please Log-in first to receive discount registration rates. If your membership has lapsed,
Renew Your Membership before registering for the conference in order to receive the lower member rates.

Although you do not have to be a member in order to register for the conference, if you are not currently a member
and would like to take advantage of the discounted member rates, please consider joining the WHA before completing
your symposium registration: Join the WHA.

REFUND POLICY

Symposium Refunds for Presenters and Panelists

Presenters and Panelists who are unable to secure funding from their institutions to attend the conference may request
a full refund if notice is received by FEBRUARY 15, 2014. After this date, a $75 administrative fee will be applied.
Requests must be made in writing or via email.

Symposium Refunds for General Conferees

The last day for Symposium Fee refunds (less $75 administrative fee) is FEBRUARY 15, 2014. Requests must be made in
writing or via email. Refund requests received after FEBRUARY 15, 2014 will not be honored.
